When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be released November 17th at 10am MST.
What ticket types are available for purchase?
Pre-sale tickets are now sold out. All VIP passes, 3-Day passes and Single Day tickets will be available to buy when tickets go on sale (November 17th at 10am MST). All VIP, 3-Day and Single Day passes have payment plan options. There will also be afterhour tickets coming soon.
What is included in each ticket type?
3-Day General Admission: This package includes general admission to the festival grounds at Margaret T. Hance Park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Ages 10 and under free.
Single-Day General Admission: This includes single day general admission and access to the festival grounds at Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Ages 10 and under free.
VIP Single Day Pass: This includes admission to the festival grounds and VIP area at Margaret T. Hance Park on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Also included in the ticket price are meals/snacks, five beers or mixed drinks, access to the Poser Deck, private bathrooms, VIP exclusive entrance, valet parking and many other amenities only found within the VIP experience. VIP section will give you a view of the main stage only.
Afterhours: This includes single day admission to post-festival celebrations at off-site locations on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Ages 21+.

Will I be able to purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes, last minute purchases can be made at the gate day of show. However, there is no guarantee as tickets may sell out.
Is an electronic copy of my ticket allowed? For example, if my ticket is on my smartphone?
Yes, electronic tickets will be accepted.
Can I exchange/return my ticket?
No exchanges or returns will be permitted.
When do the gates open and close?
Friday: Gates open at 3:00pm / Gates close at 11:00pm
Saturday: Gates open at 1:00PM / Gates close at 11:00pm
Sunday: Gates open at 12:00PM (Noon) / Gates close at 11:00pm
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, you may exit and re-enter with a wristband on, that is not tampered with.
What if I lose my wristband? Can I still get into the Festival?
You will need to bring your ID to the ticketing box office where they will look up your order. Once verified, they will give you a new wristband. However, without an ID you will not be able to get a new wristband.
Will children under a certain age be able to attend for free?
Children under the age of 10 are allowed free admission to the festival.
Is the Festival accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the park is ADA compliant.
Is there transportation to and from the Festival?
Ubers, taxis and the Light Rail are available. Uber will hand out coupon codes for first time riders and existing riders as we get closer to the festival. First time riders get $10 off their first ride and $1 from existing user rides will go toward the charity.
Will there be bike racks?
Yes, bike racks are available outside of the festival grounds. Bikes will not be permitted within the grounds.
Is food and water available? Will there be gluten free/vegetarian options?
There are water refill stations at the festival where you can fill up your water bottles, you may also purchase bottled water at drink tents. There are food trucks that offer a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian and gluten free options.
What are the rules on credit cards and debit cards? Will there be ATMs at the Festival?
All vendors will accept cash. Most will accept debit and credit cards, however they are independent operators. There will also be ATMs on site in case you run low on cash.
Will there be a place to charge my cell phone?
Yes, there will be a charging station at the festival.
