Will there be gluten free/vegetarian options? If not will I be able to bring in my own food?
The food trucks at the festival offer a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian and gluten free options.
Will children under a certain age be able to attend for free?
Children under the age of ten are allowed free admission into the festival.
How will same day entry work?
Upon entry to the festival, you are given a wristband, providing you freedom to come and go from Hance Park.
Will I be able to purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, last minute purchases can be made at the door.
Does VIP give you a view of both stages? Or will there be a VIP at both stages?
The VIP section has a view of the main stage only.
Can you bring chairs to set up?
Yes, open seating is permitted.
Are EZ-up’s allowed for shade during the day?
EZ-up’s are not be permitted on festival grounds, however individuals are allowed to use umbrellas behind a indicated line.
Are reusable water bottles allowed? Will there be a place to refill the bottle with water?
Yes, water bottles are allowed, and the McDowell Mountain Music Festival will provide water stations.
Is an electronic copy of my ticket allowed? For example, if my ticket is on my smart phone?
Yes, electronic tickets will be accepted.
Will there be bike racks?
Yes, bike racks are available outside of the festival grounds. Bikes will not be permitted within the festival grounds.
Are we allowed to volunteer for the festival?

Can I exchange/return my ticket?
No exchanges or returns will be permitted.
